Strength and Conditioning

 

Soccer is predominantly a skill-based sport. In the past, a player could be slow,

overweight and without stamina as long as he or she could put the ball in the top left corner.

 

Today, skill alone simply is not good enough to be the best. A solid strength and conditioning program is becoming imperative at the top levels.

 

It is our intent  to make sure FORCE Academy players are quick and strong enough to perform at the very top of their game.
