ACADEMY DISCIPLINE AND FINES POLICY

Payment of fines, levies and administration costs imposed by the OCSL, ERSL, OYSL, EODSA, OSA or other legitimate governing

bodies, resulting from improper conduct or failure to adhere to all published rules by the governing bodies shall remain the
responsibility of the person, player, parent or team penalized by the aforementioned bodies.

OSU and / or the FORCE Academy will not pay any of the above levies under any circumstances

The Academy may impose further disciplinary action as deemed appropriate by the Club Discipline Committee.

In the event that the fines exceed team bonds, player, player’s parent will be responsible to pay the balance to the club upon receipt
of a club invoice.

 

Invoice not paid within two weeks of issue the invoiced amount will be carried over into the registration cost of the following year and
full payment is due before player is registered and allowed to play, manage or coach for OSU or any other club or league in Ontario.
