Team Preseason Soccer Training

Getting reading with a solid preseason soccer training system is the most important part of a teams season's conditioning program.


This 4 week age and gender specific program has been developed and implemented by the Everton FC Academy coaches for their youth teams.

 

About The Camp

 

Length of Camp: 4 weeks

Sessions per Week: 2 x 1 hours

Camp will run from : late April till mid May

 

Program Curriculum will focus on:

  • - Endurance Training
    - Strength Training
  • - Speed Training
  • - Flexibility
