ACADEMY - college PREP BOOTCAMP

American and Canadian University and Colleges expect all players to be in peak physical condition by the time they report to training camp in mid August.

Once players arrive on campus, the purpose of the preseason training is not to develop fitness, rather, it is to organize and develop team tactics.  In order to manage injury prevention and physical wellness during this challenging time, a player's commitment to summer fitness training is absolutely vital. A player who is not in excellentt physical condition cannot perform efficiently.

The Force Academy working together with NCAA Div.1 College programs, has developed a program designed to prepare
College bound athletes to met the challenge of preseason training camps.

The program focuses on improving the six main components of conditioning: endurance, speed, flexibility, strength, agility,
and explosiveness; all while improving a player's individual ball skills.
